What is the process for placing custom orders?
Our custom order process is simple and interactive. Here is an overview of the process cycle.
Once you have filled out the form or booked a virtual appointment. We will contact you within 2 or 3 business days.
1. Design selection:
After receiving your requirements, we will create a computer-aided design (CAD) according to your preferred design. After that, we will share a file with you. If you require any changes, we will review it and share an updated file for further processing.
2. Stone Selection and Approval:
Once the design is confirmed, we will share customized jewelry designs in 3D file videos and photos for final approval before setting them into jewelry.
3. Crafting the Jewelry:
We will craft your jewelry after the finalization of your approval, and if you request, we will share crafting process images.
4. Final Approval and Shipping:
Once we complete the customized jewelry, we will send you the final images and videos. We will carefully ship your customized product
How long does it take to process a custom order?
Based on your customized order, we will give you a full update on Gmail, which is provided. There should be a minimum of 12 to 15 days after the approval of your jewelry design.
