Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, we will begin preparing your order, which generally takes 8-10 business days. Please note that customization requests may extend this timeframe.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping via India Post/USPS, which takes approximately 15-20 days for delivery.
Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of $35 USD. This will be shipped via DHL Express/UPS/FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.
Please note: Processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays, as well as for custom orders.
Delays in Delivery
Delays in delivery are sometimes caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transport strikes, or unexpected delays from our courier partners.
We will keep you informed of any delays or changes to the estimated delivery time.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please inform us within 24 hours of placing the order.
We will provide all the necessary shipping details before dispatching your order.
Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. In some countries, parcels may be left at your door if no one is available to sign for them. Our couriers will not provide delivery confirmation in such cases.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, we can no longer process cancellations.
If you wish to cancel after the 24-hour window, note that we may apply a 30% deduction from your refund due to the progress already made on preparing your order.
Lost in Transit
In the event that an item is lost in transit, we will work with the courier company to locate it within 5 business days.
If the item cannot be located, we will provide a replacement of the same item (no refund will be issued).
