At Kinaara Jewels, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality jewelry. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we have outlined our policy below to ensure a transparent and smooth process for returns and exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges on items that arrive broken, damaged, or have issues with customization. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Important Requirements for Returns/Exchanges:

- Unboxing Video: To ensure a smooth process, we require that you record a full unboxing video from start to finish. The video must include the packaging and the product being opened in one continuous take. Edited or cut videos will not be accepted.

- Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.

- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition, with all packaging and documentation intact. Any products that show signs of use or damage from customer mishandling will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we confirm the item’s condition, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

- Customized/Personalized Orders: Items that are made to order or customized according to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Damage Due to Customer Mishandling: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or accidents after delivery.

No Returns or Cancellations on Certain Items

- Once an order is placed, customized or personalized items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

- We ask that you carefully review the product details, images, and descriptions before purchasing. Every item is carefully checked for defects before shipping.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Please email us at Kinaarajewels@gmail.com with your order details and an explanation of the issue.

2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

3. Send the Item: Once authorized, you can return the item as per our instructions.

Shipping Costs for Returns

In cases of damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

Please Note:

- We recommend keeping all original packaging and shipping materials until you are sure you are satisfied with the product.

- If you do not provide the required unboxing video, we will be unable to process a return or exchange.
